Refund policy
Returns
We stand behind all of our products here at Milly's Toy Shop and we carry the best quality products on the market. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. If in the rare event, you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back.
